Returns & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at gabrielafractals@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.


Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at gabrielafractals@gmail.com.
